After a pause in home installations due to COVID-19, we have resumed signing up new Internet and phone customers. To everyone who’s reached out to us since March: thanks for your patience! Our installation team is fully staffed and working hard to sign you up as soon as possible.
Need guidance to cut the cord and start streaming? Or are you looking to “shop local” and switch over from a competitor? Either way, you can count on your hometown provider for speed and service.
Your safety is our highest priority
Although businesses around town are opening back up, we are still very much in the middle of a pandemic. That means the safety of you and our staff is our top priority. Here’s what you can expect from the BELD Internet technician who visits your home:
- Risk assessment – Before entering your home, our technician will perform a risk assessment. For example, the tech will determine the best way to access your home with minimal contact and interaction.
- Social distancing – Our techs will always strive to maintain 6 feet or more distance when interacting with you.
- Strict hygiene – Our techs will be washing their hands on a regular basis and carrying hand sanitizer.
- PPE – They also will wear masks and nitrile gloves inside your home.
