At BELD Internet, we’re working non-stop in the field and plant to keep you connected throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Here’s what you should know:

We pledge to keep you connected.

BELD Internet has taken the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Keep Americans Connected Pledge.

We will not terminate service to any residential or small business customers who cannot pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. We also will not charge late fees, and customers will not forfeit any early-payment discounts.

Customer Service is open!

BELD is running operations as usual. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After-hours technical support is available 24/7.

If you have a question or experience an interruption in service:

For your safety, our offices are closed to the public and our field technicians cannot enter any residents’ homes until the virus is under control.

We can sign up new customers who live in certain condominiums and apartment buildings.

If you would like to sign up for BELD Internet and live in one of the complexes listed below, contact us and we’ll guide you through the easy steps for Internet self-installation.

You must already have a modem, and we will do inside wiring from the building’s point of entry.

If you live in a freestanding house and would like to sign up for BELD Internet, please wait until the coronavirus situation stabilizes and it is safe for our technicians to enter your home.
